These terms and conditions represent the whole agreement and understanding between us and the individual or entity who subscribes to our service (You, Your, Subscriber, Client, or User).

By using the Service, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement.

In its sole discretion, we may change or modify this Agreement at any time, with or without notice. Such changes or modifications shall be made effective for all subscribers/users upon posting the modified Agreement to this web address (URL) https://synbussolutions.com/tos/. You are responsible for reading this document occasionally to ensure that your use of the service complies with this Agreement.

Protecting the security and privacy of user personal information is extremely important to us at Synbus Solutions. We take several steps to assure the safety, correctness, and proper handling of user personal information. We follow generally acknowledged industry standards to protect your personal information while it is in transit and once it reaches us. Though we follow strict security procedures, it’s crucial to remember that there is no transmission or electronic storage technology that can provide the utmost security.

Please be advised that we do not knowingly target or collect personal information from individuals under 13. Our services are intended for those aged 13 and up.

Your personal information could be transferred as part of a transaction in the case of a substantial company transformation, including a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. To maintain openness and keep you informed about the treatment of your personal information, if there is a change in ownership or management of this kind, we will send you an email.

  • We offer various sets of solutions which include SaaS (Software as a service), Workflow & Business Process Automation Services, Google Sheets & Google Apps Scripts Development, Corporate Training, and Tech Support for the duration of the service term purchased from us.
  • Services are provided based on facility availability. We reserve the right to modify, change, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time.
  • Access/use of the services is terminated upon expiry of the service.

4. Service/Product Delivery, Setup, and Activation

All the products & services purchased from us may take 48 hours to deliver, set up, and activate except for public holidays.

5. Service/Product Validity

We offer SaaS products and WhatsApp credits on a subscription basis, which are limited to monthly, quarterly, and yearly, and they cannot be carried forward after the validity period.

6. Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Digital Products & Services

  • We have a No Questions Asked Policy. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all our digital products & services. If you are not satisfied with the product/ service that you have purchased from us, get back to us within 7 days of your purchase and you will get your full reimbursement.
  • We encourage our customers to try the product or service immediately after the purchase to ensure it fits their needs or not because, after the 7 days of purchase, you will no longer be eligible for the refund.

 

Add-on, Webinars, Events, or Training

  • Cancellation
    • You can cancel the workshop 3 days before the scheduled date by sending an email to info@synbussolutions.com. This allows us to fill the class.
    • We offer credit to your account but do not offer a refund for the webinars. You may use these credits for any future webinars. However, if you do not cancel the workshop 3 days prior, you will lose your money.
  • Refund
    • We do not offer refunds for short workshops with a duration of up to 1 day.
    • For workshops of more than 1 day, we offer a full money-back guarantee with a no-questions-asked policy. If you are not satisfied approach us immediately after attending the 1st-day workshop by sending an email to info@synbussolutions.com.
    • You will no longer be able to use any application, software, scripts, or tools provided to you during the workshop.
    • We do not offer refunds for any unused time during the subscription period, nor do we prorate the subscription fee.
    • If you cancel your subscription, it will remain valid until the end of the current subscription period. To avoid automatic renewal, you must cancel before the end of the subscription period.
    • If you need help cancelling your subscription or you do not wish to auto-renew, please contact us at support@synbussolutions.com for assistance.
    • If you have an annual subscription and have not used it after the renewal payment, you can contact us within 7 days of the renewal payment and we will cancel the subscription immediately and refund your recent payment. Please email us at support@synbussolutions.com to facilitate this.
    • If you believe you are entitled to a refund, even if not meeting the above requirements, you can email us at support@synbussolutions.com with information on your purchased plan, purchase date, and reason for your refund request.
    • The refund will be processed only if the issue with our add-on cannot be resolved.

 

Refund Turnaround Time

We understand the importance of a transparent and efficient refund process for our customers. To provide clarity on our refund procedures, please take note of the following details:

    • Processing Time
      • Our refund processing time typically ranges between 5 to 7 working days from the date of the refund request. This period includes the time required for our team to assess the refund eligibility and initiate the refund process.
    • Credit to Customer’s Bank Account
      •  Once the refund is approved and processed, please allow an additional 24 working hours (except for public and bank holidays) for the credited amount to reflect in your bank account. The time frame for the funds to be credited may vary depending on your bank’s policies and processing times.

 

Refund Charges

To ensure a secure and hassle-free payment experience for all our esteemed clients, both domestic and international, we have partnered with trusted payment gateways like Razorpay and PayPal for processing transactions. In the event of a refund, any applicable payment gateway charges will be borne by the customer. It’s worth noting that Synbus Solutions will not be held accountable for any transaction fees incurred during the refund process.

7. Subscriber or User Responsibility

  • When you apply to use our services, login credentials may be provided. The credentials are the means through which you access certain services. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to safeguard the credentials you select from any unauthorized use. In no event, we will be liable for the unauthorized use or misuse of your credentials.
  • Subscribers or users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information at all times.

8. Privacy

  • Our privacy policy sets out our obligations concerning the safeguarding, collection, and use of subscriber/user personal information. The privacy policy is subject to modification from time to time, and such changes are effective upon posting the modified policy to this URL https://synbussolutions.com/privacy/.
  • Subscribers or users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information at all times.
  • Email newsletters will only be sent directly by us. Subscriber or user information will not be disclosed or sold to any third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and the use of the service is at your own risk. We make no warranties, either expressed or implied, concerning the service, or any service or information provided through the service. No method of transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We are not responsible for any damages, injury, or economic loss arising from the use or inability to use our software and services (“Services” include trial services.).

This Agreement may be updated from time to time and posted at URL https://synbussolutions.com/tos/, representing the complete agreement and understanding between us concerning the service. Any oral/verbal agreement is not valid.

11. Our Policy Concerning Children

We recognize the privacy interests of children and encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. Children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area) should not use the Services. If we learn that we’ve collected personal data from a child under those ages, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

We are not a part of Razorpay, Instamojo, IndiaMART, Trade India, Knowlarity, WhatsApp, Facebook Inc or Meta Inc. Also, this site is not endorsed by them in any way. All product and company names are trademarks™ or registered® trademarks of their respective holders. Use of them does not imply any affiliation or endorsement by them.

We make every effort to provide our Services with competence and care in order to assure your satisfaction as you use them. It is important to note, however, that there are some elements for which we cannot make explicit promises. Our Services are offered on an “as is” basis.

We offer no representations or warranties, either express or implicit, and hereby disclaim and exclude all other representations and warranties, including any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights.
