End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (the “User”) and Synbus Solutions (the “Licensor”). By installing or using any Synbus Solutions Google Workspace add-on (the “Application”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. License

The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on all devices that you own or control and that are affiliated with your Google Account. You may not:

  • Copy, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.
  • Alter or produce new versions of the Application through derivative works.
  • Rent, lease, or lend the Application.
  • Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Use the Application to harm or exploit others.
  • Use the Application to collect or store personal information about others without their consent.
  • Use the Application in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.

2. Updates

Licensor may from time to time provide updates to the Application, which may include patches, bug fixes, new features, and other improvements (the “Updates”). You agree that you are not entitled to any specific updates or features and that Licensor may modify or discontinue the Application at any time.

3. Modifications to the Application

The Licensor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time, with or without notice.

4. License Fees

The Application is licensed on a per-user subscription basis. If you represent a business and/or entity, you or your employees may install and use the Application by purchasing a subscription from the Synbus Solutions website for each employee using the Application. The subscription pricing for the Application and any subsequent renewal of the subscription are listed on the Synbus Solutions website and are subject to change with or without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Application, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are owned by and will remain the sole and exclusive property of the Licensor and is protected by copyright law. You agree not to infringe the Licensor’s intellectual property rights.

6. Warranties

Licensor makes no warranties or representations about the Application, either express or implied. The Application is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. The licensor does not warrant or guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose.

7. Privacy Policy

The Licensor collects, stores, and uses information about you in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting this EULA, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Licensor and its affiliates harmless from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the Application.

9. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold Licensor and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application, your breach of this EULA, or your violation of any rights of a third party. The Licensor is not liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or personal injury.

10. Termination

This EULA may be terminated by either party at any time. If you terminate this EULA, you must stop using the Application.

11. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
